BBH currently process Interest claims data in Merit. System went live in 2021 April.

Interest claims data (all settled data) is received via API. Merit runs four API call (a) Fx rates b) Fed Fund Rate - USD interest rate c) OD rate - non USD interest rate) and created import files to load based on the result received from API.
Based on the claim type (claim type is populated based on rules given by BBH), each claim is moved to a specific worksheet. User performs split claims and generates claims letters.
Historical open and claims also uploaded to the system on go live.
