Sending updated Scratchpads to users

 

STATIC DATA -> System options ->Import template (near the bottom of the list)

1.) Find and select the template

2.) RCM and press copy and wait until the below message appears

  

3.) Paste the contents into a notepad file and save the file with the same name as the scratchpad and email the file to the user using a similar template as below
