HSBC - Brokerage - Template Support - Mapping Issues

 

In the below request the user is asking for the mapping on the entity field in the scratchpad to be removed as the value is currently hardcoded and cannot be modified.

Note: If the user does not mention the name of the Scratchpad please request this information from them

Templates for live products are done in Client Production Copy. See Brokerage Systems for systems.

STATIC DATA -> System options ->Import template (near the bottom of the list)

1.) Find and select the template

2.) Press Copy

3.) Rename it to be "RTD<Current date><Your name>@<Template name>" So if we need to revert we easily can.

You will then see the backup template created as below, this template should not be modified only Scratchpad IRD C1 ENLACE NY should be edited

Select the template and press edit

Find the field and RCM clear mapping and press OK
